The Emerging Talent Program (ETP) provides an important link for athletes as they progress from club level athlete to aspiring National Team Member and at the club level applies to Snowboard and Alpine disciplines.

To understand this program and the support it offers athletes, Snow Australia has put on two webinars, one for coaches on February 24th 2021 and one for parents on February 25th 2021.

Mt Buller Race Club has recently had two athletes involved in the program and we look forward to nominating many more athletes in the future. We appreciate the recent direction from Snow Australia in helping everyone better understand the selection process, criteria and provide us all with an opportunity to become better informed.

We strongly suggest interested parents to attend the parent webinar and MBRC will be represented by Richard Haslau and Joe Draxl ,along with other MBRC coaches at the coach webinar. More information and how to register can be seen by clicking on the following link.
