With our attention firmly focussed on the Winter Program I am delighted to announce the appointment of Lesa Brown as MBRC’s General Manager.

Lesa’s love of the snow started at a young age, learning to ski with her family, and then pursuing racing and coaching both here and overseas. This was followed by a corporate career in marketing where she has worked for some of the largest brands in Australia. Making the decision to move to Mansfield with her young family a couple of years ago she successfully led and then grew her business through the COVID years.

The appointment of Lesa as our General Manager is the next step in realising our strategic plan, bolstering the Senior Leadership team of the club and enhancing the delineation between strategic management and athlete coaching.

We continue to develop the club, facilities, and programs to support our athletes so please look out for Lesa’s updates on this including updates on the appointments of our head coaching roles.
