MBRC 2021 Annual General Meeting Nominations

Dear Members,

The 2021 AGM of the Mt Buller Race Club will be held at the MBRC Clubhouse on Saturday 12th June 2021 at midday, times and details will be confirmed in the AGM notice.

We are calling for nominations to fill a number of vacant positions. Attached are nomination forms for Ordinary Committee Members and for Honorary Life Member.

For those interested, can you please complete the attached nomination form and send together with a short bio and relevant experience which could be of benefit to the club going forward. We endeavour to have a broad range of experience across the committee and our aim is for new members to complement the existing members of the committee.

To be eligible to serve as an Ordinary Committee Member the nominee must be a financial Parent/Guardian member of MBRC or be otherwise eligible in accordance with the Rules.

To be eligible to serve as Honorary Life Committee Member, the nominee must be an Honorary Life Member of MBRC.

Completed nominations forms must be returned to MBRC via scanned email copy to info@mtbullerraceclub.com.au by no later than 5.00pm on Friday 21st May 2021.
