ETP Follow Up

Dear MBRC members,
Recently Snow Australia held webinars that outlined their new direction with the Emerging Talent Program (ETP) and how it fits into the pathways. It is exciting to have a clearer understanding of the nomination and acceptance process and for aspiring and nominated athletes to have Ben Bond as a resource to implement and manage the programs.
It was great to see MBRC parents and coaches attend to gain valuable knowledge of the ETP and particularly the new changes to the program as it relates to snowboarding and alpine athletes in our club. We also thank you for your interest and questions directed to us so far. There was a lot of information to take on board and Snow Australia has just released the video recording of the events for you to review and for the benefit of those that could not attend. https://www.snow.org.a
