To purchase used equipment (skis, boards, boots, goggles, gloves, clothes, etc.), have a look at the facebook group Mt Buller BUY - SELL - LOOKING FOR. This group has nearly 2000 members and gets a lot of traffic.

Alpine skiing and snowboarding are “gear intensive” sports. However, by shopping wisely, buying used equipment, and only buying what is essential, you can keep costs down.

Maintaining your / your children’s equipment in good condition is essential to the performance. Firstly you have to get them in good shape (ie. remove sidewall, sharpen edges, several waxes to saturate the base), then you have to keep them in good shape (ie. Sharpen edges, stoning, waxing).

Please find below the selection criteria for the AUS National Alpine Ski Team and the AUS National Children´s Squad. Also attached the event format of the AUS National Children´s Series. The AUS National Ski Team criteria is not divided into 5 levels (A-,B-,C-Qualification Standard, National Development Team and Under-18 Team).
